This ball of vines is a strange beast, having great Defense and Special Attack and then low everything else. It's weird because it had a high Special in RBY, so that meant it was a good tank, but I suppose it's better than 40 Special Attack... So yeah, the usual Grass STAB, support moves and, uh, that's it. All the Normal moves rely on its terrible Attack and again, still can't suggest Thief for any other Special move. You've also got a while for good STAB at all, cause the best it learns through level up is Mega Drain and other options are a while away. In any case, uh, go wild with its strengths, but unfortunately its weaknesses are a real pain to get around.
