Well, uh, you can't use this Pokemon offensively. It has stupidly, incredibly high defenses, but its terrible HP offsets that, really. It'll always go last due to the lowest Speed in the series and it has no offensive presence. For the main story, you should not use this, unless you like long drawn out battles as you whittle things down with Toxic and Wrap. Along with Encore, Double Team and Attract and you've got a really, REALLY annoying Pokemon on your hands. And it's good you've got no offenses, cause there's no STAB moves to go along with them, aside from Rollout. Like Wobbuffet, this Pokemon has one job to do and its terrible HP makes it so it can't do it all too well, but it's still useful enough.
