With a puff puff, this floating spike ball has a few positives. Its Attack is pretty high and works well with its STAB Poison moves (well, Sludge Bomb, so, move) and it even has some high Speed also. Add in some good Normal moves and, uh, that's it. You do need to give it some TMs, cause it really doesn't learn anything great via level up. Unless you like relying on Pin Missile as your best overall damage dealer. Its Special Attack is too low to really make use of, but it gets STAB off it at least and can even learn a couple Ice moves. But yeah, it's nothing too impressive, but it can at least hold its own if you play to its strengths. Otherwise, just watch out for various special moves.
