Oh hey, it's my favourite ever Pokemon. And for good reason: it's purple and it's a cat. I like purple, I like cats. Oh, I suppose it's also a pretty good battling choice. Getting it to evolve before level 16 can be pretty tough, but if you do, it'll be worth it, cause it'll get a really good move in Confusion, which will be just enough to get you to level 36 when you get Psybeam. Otherwise, it hits pretty hard and is also really quick, so if you need a speedy special attacker, then look no further. But yeah, if you don't evolve it before level 16, you'll have a hard time trying to use it. Especially because it doesn't really learn any other Special moves. All you have is Zap Cannon. Great. You have plenty of options to use with your mediocre Attack, but yeah, they're not worth it. Add in a workable Special Defense stat and you have something that's fairly frail, but fine enough. You've got the speed, you've got the power. You'll be good.
