Jaffar can still participate in the triangle attack just fine. It just pretends he's a Falcoknight for the animations.
He can also lead it just fine. And Tana can participate. See, instead of it only allowing Falcoknights to join in, instead it just excludes female Wyvern Knights specifically, and for any other class will just pretend they're a Falcoknight, presumably because IS didn't anticipate the fans doing shit like turning Syrene into a dimensionally displaced lilac Assassin and giving Tana an impromptu sex change.
Oh, and the triangle attack can proc Lethality. Which is actually kind of an interesting idea, since it produces a straight 50% chance of insta-gibbing anything, which, in a hardmode hack, could possibly make the triangle attack almost semi-practical. But this was almost certainly entirely unintentional on the hacker's part.
