It's the painter doggy. You know what this good dog does. It Sketches the last move was used and has it permanently. And then it learns Sketch again every x1 levels until 91, until you get the four moves you want. Then you use it to pass on Egg moves. What? Battling? Choice Scarf Dark Void doesn't exist yet, so don't bother. I guess you could use Spore, a boosting move, then Baton Pass, but it really isn't fast enough to pull that off most of the time. A lot of Pokemon benefit from its excellent Egg move capabilities, removing chain breeding completely from the Field Egg Group. But it just doesn't have the stats to actually go offensive, or defensive. Just quick and dirty support. And not the best, cause double battles don't exist. This Pokemon gets a lot better, but it still has its uses now.
