It can still somehow Fly, but being able to learn Drill Peck makes you a good Flying type, though it will be a little while before you get that move. Otherwise, you get some good Normal moves, you can finally take down Rock types when you get Steel Wing and it's still just a really good Pokemon. But it is fairly one note, what it did in the last LP, it does now, it hasn't really changed from last gen. So it's still good, but it is pretty frail and has a tough time taking on specific Pokemon, especially Steel types. Otherwise, you'll have no problems.
