You know, clowns aren't really creepy. Anyway, this psychic barrier maker is pretty good. It's obviously geared towards one specific side of the spectrum, so slap some special moves on it and go wild. While you've got a fair amount of moves, you're gonna be waiting around a little while for level up moves. Aside from three moves, your entire moveset is supportive, which doesn't exactly match up with its stats, but it can work as a fairly decent special tank, but its low HP and mediocre Defense affect its tanking ability. Confusion will do you fine and then Psybeam will be good and then rely on Reflect, or even go for Light Screen and never die against special moves. It is very TM reliant for effective coverage, but you get it and it's fine and you just need to not die to physical attacks and you're golden.
