While the generation shift hasn't been kind to Tauros, it's still a pretty solid choice. Great Attack and Speed make it a powerful physical sweeper if you play it right. You get good early STAB in Horn Attack and then when that becomes lacklustre, you get Thrash and even Take Down. Other physical moves are a bit hard to come by, but it can give you the coverage you need. Annoyingly, the amount of special moves you can learn is quite a bit and there's no point learning them. It's also hard to survive any strong special moves with a fairly weak Special Defense, but on the physical side, it works a lot better. Regardless, this guy hits hard in a fast way and that's all you really need most of the time.
