This deep sea nightlight is an interesting combination of moves, stats and typing. It's pretty cool, if a little frail on the physical side. You have good starting moves in Water Gun and Spark, as well as Surf and that, and eventually Hydro Pump. But aside from that, there's not many other Electric moves to learn easily, while there's Ice Beam eventually, as well as Take Down. That's about it, but it's all you really need. You won't do too much damage with your mediocre Special Attack, but it's workable. Just try and stay away from all those nasty Ground and Grass moves and you should be fine.
