What's better than one star? Two stars! Starmie is a fantastic Pokemon that has been used competitively in every generation to great success. And it's no surprise why, with stats and typing like those. It's very fast, hits hard with its two powerful STABs and can even take a few hits with its alright defenses. When you want to evolve Staryu depends on if you want Starmie to have Hydro Pump, otherwise you can use Surf, Thunder, Blizzard, Psychic and Recover. That's all it can use, but it's all it needs. You will destroy all in your path no problem and there's nothing else to really say. Though, of course, you'll have to wait a bit to get the amazing moves you need, so have fun relying on Staryu's moves for a bit.
