Put your hands up as I fire this very balanced fish. Even attacking and Speed stats and on the flip side, pretty low defensive stats. So it works well on both sides, as well as being easy to take out. Its level up movepool is a nice change of pace, getting Psybeam, Bubblebeam and Aurora Beam at level 22, which is fantastic. And then eventually Ice Beam at level 44. It can even learn Flamethrower through Move Tutor! So you'll be pretty set for moves until it evolves, so it's not a bad choice at all. But it is really damn frail and doesn't really have much for its high Attack aside from Normal moves. Still, if you can get it to stick around, then it can do some real super effective damage.
