Shellder analysis
Hot damn is that some good Defense you got there, as well as some pretty good Attack and Special Attack, which is good due to your two special STABs. Surf is your usual move and then you'll be sticking with Aurora Beam until you can get Blizzard. The only way to get Ice Beam in GS is to level up Shellder, but this time around you can be tutored it. Aside from that, with a good Attack, you can use a few Normal TM moves, but that's about it for types, so you'll run out of coverage moves very quickly. Your incredibly high Defense is unfortunately offset by your low HP and you'll fall over to any special move that comes your way, especially since a few are super effective. But when you can take some physical hits, you do it quite well and you can even hit back with some balanced attack stats. Overall, pretty good.
