Singing from the mist, this mystical monster is an interesting hit sponge. With a great typing and some pretty good attacking stats, Lapras can definitely take some hits and do some damage. It starts off great with Body Slam and while it won't have Water Gun when you catch it, you of course have Surf as Water STAB. At level 36, you get Ice Beam, a rarity for some Pokemon and you also get great moves such as Confuse Ray and Rain Dance. It's pretty surprising to see a moveset that doesn't completely suck. And then you get even more moves from TMs, such as other Ice moves, Electric moves, Iron Tail, Dragonbreath, as well as some Normal TMs, but since you have Body Slam, it's pretty unnecessary. Due to balanced attacking stats, you can work with pretty much anything, so it's up to you to go full special, or mixed, or even full physical. Add in some Curse shenanigans to become even beefier, or Safeguard and you could go full defensive role. The only thing that'll really drag you down is your low Speed, but it's still respectable enough to work out. You'll have no problems using this Pokemon.
