This blisteringly fast muscleman beneath the ground is an all or nothing Pokemon. It's pretty damn frail, but it'll usually go first and smack some things around with a strong Ground attack. Though since its Attack isn't hugely amazing, you probably won't knock out stuff in one shot, while they could probably do the same to you. Still, with Earthquake, Slash and Sludge Bomb, you can definitely do some damage before you go down. You can also learn Tri Attack at level 1, but, uh, good luck learning that without Stadium 2. Anyway, you also need to survive before you need learn these cool moves and that might be difficult with Magnitude or Dig, so you'll have to rely on some Normal TMs to survive and that's really about it. And then, uuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhh, Rock Smash? Yeah, I got nothing.
