Pikachu analysis
Holy shit and you thought Pikachu was frail. This adorable baby rat doesn't really offer much to the family, mainly because Volt Tackle doesn't exist yet. The only Egg moves it has to offer is Charm and Sweet Kiss, which isn't exactly amazing. It learns all of its moves by level 11, so do not keep it around for long as it really offers nothing interesting. It's definitely one of the fastest baby Pokemon (but not the fastest, cause that would imply it's good), but that's at the cost of all its other stats, especially its defenses, which are pathetic. Say what you will about Pikachu, at least it's better than this adorable squeak.
