This less adorable burrow pig is... actually good. It really needed that big bump to its Attack and while it's Special Attack is pretty meh, it can still use its Ice STAB to hit 4x weaknesses for massive damage. It can even take a few physical hits with its great HP and Defense stats, but since it's pretty slow, its lower Special Defense can be taken advantage of by the opponent. Unfortunately, it still has the same movepool problems of its prevolution, so no Ground STAB until you find some good TMs. It's a shame, it has a really good Attack stat now, but can't really take advantage of it! Ah, to be a Pokemon Game Freak just screws over for no real reason.
