Well it's another gimmick Pokemon, mainly revolving around Present, being the only move it learns through level up. Thankfully, it does learn other moves through TM, to actually give it STAB, so it's not completely useless. Unfortunately, it has terrible stats, so it's still kinda useless. It has passable Special Attack and Speed, but it has pathetic defenses, which are not helped by its typing. And its signature move can't even be used all that well with its less than stellar Attack. Even with its alright Special Attack, the only special moves it can learn, aside from Thief, is Ice STAB. Which is fine, but that's the only option it has. And then aside from the usual Normal moves, the only other moves you can learn are Fly and Mud Slap. This Pokemon really borders on being usable, so you can pick it up, but man, it's gonna be a challenge.
