Soooooo, did you stick around until level 42 to learn Razor Leaf? Otherwise, you'll have Sludge Bomb and, uh, Return or Hyper Beam? Yeah, this great mixed attacker really does not get anything all that good until you get the late Grass TMs. You get a few TMs to work as a support role, but you don't have the stats to make it work, you have really good stats, but nothing to use them on. Eventually you'll have a moveset of Giga Drain, Sludge Bomb, Return and, uh, Toxic? Well at least we can fill out all four slots. Some Pokemon don't even get that. It's a tough choice, but stick with it and it will not disappoint. But also remember that it is pretty fragile and weak to a fair few things.
