Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, why does this Water type have high Attack? Did they know they would do the physical/special split, but couldn't implement it satisfactory before Gen 4? Well, this is what we got, so let's roll with it. Since you really can't use your STAB at all, the best you have are Normal TMs and... Mud Slap... or Rock Smash. And that's it, congratulations on all your options. I guess you'll use Surf and that because it's useful, but goddamn that is a bad Special Attack stat. Crabhammer can crit sometimes, so I guess it's good??? But really, until 2006, there's just no helping this poor crab. And that's terrible.
