Just one look at its stats tell you literally everything you need to know about this dinorock. Hit hard with really powerful STAB, resist all the Normal moves you could ever think of and die instantly to any special attack that comes your way. Honestly, that's all you need. While it doesn't learn STAB through level up until level 65, you'll learn moves through TM just fine. But of course if you want Rock STAB, you need to breed, or trade back to Gen 1. Still, around the time you can catch this Pokemon, you can easily give it Earthquake (cause boy it needs it) and then ignore the load of special moves it can learn to give it Normal moves and inaccurate Steel or Fighting moves. Nice! You should also get Crunch through breeding, but that sounds annoying to do, so I won't.
