The spinniest of tops is a weird mixed bag. It has pretty good stats, but not much STAB to work with, unless you breed on Hi Jump Kick. Rolling Kick is available at level 1, but there's no way to learn that move through normal means. So the best Fighting move you can learn is Triple Kick and, uh, Rock Smash. I really wish I didn't have to keep suggesting that move. Anyway, it does have pretty good defensive stats, but its HP brings it down, so it's not too useful. Its lower Speed isn't a huge deal if you also breed Mach Punch. Otherwise it can take a few hits and deal out some strong Normal hits and that's as good as some Gen 2 Pokemon get.
