And here we have one of the most interesting characters. There's one important question one must ask when talking about him; "are we judging him in a casual run, or are we judging him in an AAAA Ranked run?

If we're talking casually, then he's a 2/10. He's packing the SAME starting Defense and HP as Aideen, and Strength so low that even Alec and Midir are laughing at him. And though his growths are otherwise solid, his HP growth means that he's going to be struggling with durability for a while.

And yet, the Bargain and Give skills are literally indispensable for AAAA ranked runs. So if we're talking about him from THAT perspective, he is a clear 10/10.

I mean, suppose Dew has 50,000 Gold, and we need to give 10,000 Gold to, say, Midir. He doesn't have to give up ALL of his money. Instead, all he has to do is buy 40,000 Gold worth of stuff, Give the remaining 10,000 Gold to Midir, and then sell all the stuff he just bought to get his 40,000 back. Plus, with all these Axefighters and Bandits around, Dew can get to Level 5-8 even without the Arena.

That said though, he needs his promotion before he can ACTUALLY clear the Arena reliably, so getting him the other 12-15 levels is still a hassle. There's only two real easy ways of addressing this...

1) Forge a 100 kill Uber Slim Sword for him by grinding off Marpha reinforcements (careful not to kill the Axe Captain!)

2) Take advantage of the exploit that allows Dew to use Sylvia's Prayer Sword. This involves breaking it in the Arena, selling it as a Broken Sword, having Dew BUY it as a Broken Sword, then repairing it. BAM! He's got Prayer now!

Both of these are simple enough to do, but also time consuming. It's well worth the wait in a AAAA ranked playthrough...but not at all worth it in a regular one. FE4 Gen 1 is already beaten easily enough just by using, like, 5 guys and nobody else. Dew's ATM abilities just don't get a chance to shine unless you're leveling up almost everyone!

So overall, he is a 6/10
