Final Fantasy Barry - Part 2
Last time, Barry fought some ninjas and robots and hunters and crap.
Now my physical attacks are doing huge damage. HP isn't scaling well, though.
By the way, HP Up doesn't boost HP by 5%. It boosts it by 20%, just like regular encounters. HP Up is thus one of the best investments, as enemies don't scale to house-boosted stats, so a few of these will let you outpace randoms easily.
So a bit of grinding, and I end up being close to 5800 HP. Keep in mind I was under 1000 after beating the last boss.
And attack doesn't scale well, so all future battles end up being lengthy slogs.
Anyway, the next area.

I am the Ninja of the Underworld. My people were destroyed long ago, and I have seeked vengance ever since.
Our next fight is this ninja.
Same strategy as always!
His first attack is to use telekenesis to tickle us with his sword.
His second attack is to just roll into us and then tickle us with his sword.

You are not my enemy... I have come here to save my people as you have stayed to avenge yours. We share a common enemy.
Then... we are fighting for the same cause. In that case, we shall stand together as allies in battle... together we can destroy those that have opposed us.
I hear that you posess the second keycard to access the main Missile Silo base. This is where our final battle lies, and where I must go to save my town. Will you help me?

Alright! Now all that's left is the final dungeon!
You know, after a bit of grinding of course.
North of the house is the missile silo.
Just gotta put in both keycards, and then we get to the cutscene action!
The Missile control room is on the second level of this complex, but there is very little time. Follow me
Damn! There are so many buttons. How long have we got left?
About 30 seconds until take-off!
Aarrrgh! It's no use... if I hit the wrong button, we could all be dead. My family... my friends... everyone I care about. They will soon be gone
My strength surpasses anything you have ever encountered in your World. For ordinary humans, it proves too much, and they soon wither and die in my prescence. But you... you are different.

...'for the taking'? Oh, no no no! This is all a terrible mis-understanding on my behalf! See, I don't want to dominate your pitiful planet... I have lived there for centuries, and there's only so much to see before it just gets boring.
Instead, I want to destroy it. Not in that Dr. Evil lazer way, but I actually want to destroy the Earth. It's people, it's animals, and the very foundations itself. I want to bring suffering onto those who occupy it.
Enough of all the small-talk, can't I just beat you senseless now?
Fair enough. i sense that you are raging for a vengance that hasn't been earnt. Your people could still be safe, but only through exposing my ultimate form will you save them. But before we do battle, take a glance at that which threatens your people now...

His second attack is teleporting behind us to tickle us.
His HP also trickles up slowly, which doesn't really change much.
A long, long time later, it's over.
You love to make speeches... but I don't want to listen to them. I want to finish this now, once and for all. Get up and fight
Hmm... you seem in great haste to kill me... I suppose it is the thought of those missiles plummeting into your homeplace that makes you so hasty. Very well... I will allow you the privalage of battling my Ultimate form. If you beat me? I will ressurect the place that matters most to your pitiful mission - I will ressurect the Underworld. Your Ninja-friend will be most pleased. However...

Not quite, but very close. Angels don't exist, but this body form is the esscence of the Ancient people. Purity, compassion, hope. This is the face that your people wiped out, and now I must right the wrongs that your people created.
We wiped your race out... and now you seek revenge. We are the ones that brought this desruction on ourselves? I am sorry for the loss that you have suffered from my ancesters, but me or my people are not responsible...
The only thing that stands in the way of either of our quests is eachother. Therefore we must battle. I will unlease my full force on your this time, so I hope you're ready...
At this point, we can leave or fight. I choose to fight.
Then after getting my butt kicked a bit, I run away and double my HP.
Right, so now I'm ready for the final battle!
THIS IS FOR THE FATE OF THE WORLD
To be fair, this guy also has a meager thunder attack.
In the end, I out-slap an angel to save the world.
Right. Now we have to go to the city before the missiles hit!
You know, after we kill a few more hunters.
At least... at least I will die along with with the last of my people.
Hmm... that doesn't sound like an almighty warrior's attitude to me!
You restored my home, and now I will help you restore yours. Now how do we go about doing this task?
The creature I killed in the military complex said that my answer was in the Underworld... I have no idea.
Call me big-headed, but do you think maybe that I am that 'thing' in the Underworld that you need?
Of course! That's it... with your Strength and my Magic abilities, we can destroy those rockets before they hit...
And now, behold the game's ending.
We did it! Madjaa and the Underworld have been saved, and with us two side-by-side, they will never be in danger again.
I can finally be at peace with my people without threat - thank you.
It's time for me to go home now. Goodbye friend...
