Office Chair Freestyle

This flash game has advertisements for some reason. It's not like it deserves them.

It also advertises various other games between each run.

Yes, it's one of those games where your guy is flying and you see how far you can go.

This is our protagonist.

No GIFs because they're all large, but you can imagine how the gameplay goes.

Basically, the goal is to do back-flips while flying. Each successful back-flip nets you $200. You also get money based on your max height and distance, though those will generally be the same no matter what you do.

This message pops up when you're close to the ground and aren't in a good position to land safely.

You'll bounce off the ground a bit before rolling to a stop.

Didn't do any stunts, so no cash there.

Basically, the goal is to buy all the upgrades, then go for a high-scoring run to submit to the high score list.

See, this game looks more interesting than the one I'm currently playing.

And this is what happens when you botch the landing.

Eventually I buy the max wheels and spring. Wheels make you go faster/farther, of course, and springs bounce you higher when you hit the ground, allowing for more opportunities to do back-flips.

Front-flips don't count.

Mystery Item #1 is a propellor, which obviously gives you a nice boost.

The second mystery item are these glasses.

Waste of money. Anyway, this is pretty much the maximum I could pull off. Height always seems to max at 138, distance hovers around 1500, and max flips I had time to pull off was 18 (though 19 may be possible, if it's possible to start flipping early enough to score five flips in the second bounce, though I never pulled it off).

Whatever, let's submit it.

Another damn advertisement?

My first run, I was good ol' Dongs. I think a more appropriate name would be better, though.

Much better.

#2 for the week/month!

Didn't crack the all-time Top 50, though.

That's it for this game.
