Main difference here is we get a comm center but we can't get an airstrike without going inside their base.
One less silo, one more power plant.
Nod gets a comm center but that doesn't change anything.

Both missions are the same. Nothing new here.
This one is a bit trickier to get to the SAM sites, but still possible with a little skill.
They have two entrances and an extra turret, and we have nothing different.
Basically, entering the base and passing over the atk cells triggers atk5 and a light tank attacks you.
