Wooo! Now that we've seen every (non-needy) module, let's round out my notes for the rest of 'em, and see my SUPER SCIENTIFIC setup.

The passwords are another one that's WAY better once you get the notes down.

There are a BUNCH of one-word first letters, and many of the rest can be swiftly identified by second letter combos. The way we do it is to have the defuser read off first letters, then check for the necessary second letters. This actually goes really quickly, and this module went from being a bear to being one of the less-stressful ones!

This is one example of a new kind of grouping - rather than making trees, which would be hard to read because of a high branching factor, I put them in clusters, with first letters in the center, connected to all the second letters. The full word is written by every letter cluster, so I can go "Ok, there's a C in 1st and an O in second? Can you make COULD?"

For the last two modules, I got creative and cannibalized unnecessary pages. Mostly I think the batteries appendix. I know what AA/D batteries look like!

The "hard" part about this is supposed to be remembering how many blue, black, or red wires you've seen so far. I just take the guesswork out of it and advance the page ticker once per wire. This module becomes trivial.

Much the same technique was used, after some coaching from mzbundifund, on the memory game, making that trivial too.

First, I divided up a sheet like this. Rows are turn numbers, and columns are positions.

I ripped up the rest of the battery appendix and have 4 "1"s, 4 "2"s, and so on. Since for each turn, you'll hit a number 1-4 in position 1-4...

I just put the number pressed in the position it was pressed in for that turn.

Takes 100% of the guesswork out!

So, what does all this look like put together, in my soundproof bomb-defusing gulag? (Furnished garage attached to my house, soundproofed to not Wake The Wife)

100% organized and efficient!
