Aww, hello cute little spider, I wish you were more useful. It's typing is just another one to add to the pile and it really, really doesn't get the moves it needs through level up, except for Psychic, but that's really late on. So it needs TMs to do anything, but it is pretty focused on Speed control, especially in Crystal, where Agility replaces Screech. But hey, when it does get the moves it needs, it can do some damage with its decent Attack. And the rest of its stats are... balanced, at least, but yeah, it's not too impressive.
It won't exactly have the best start since it doesn't do well against a lot of types, but since it's still early days it's not a huge deal if it's not particularly good, since nothing else is. But with a combination of its typing and low stats, it really has an uphill battle, but it's usable, I suppose.
