Hmm, well, maybe not everything is usable. This one is, kinda, but it's a bit of a struggle. Its typing it's exactly amazing and it really, really does not get the moves it needs to be effective, which is usually the big thing that kills a Pokemon's viability. Overall, it gets six attacking moves that aren't all that great, but it gets tons of supporting moves! So, uh, that's what you're gonna use it for, which is is kinda useful for, with its high Speed and Special Defense. But that's really about it.
The main thing that will probably kill its spot on the team is that it can't learn Fly, something you really need for the main story, so its spot will just go to other Flying types, which is a shame, but consistent, since it cannot learn any Flying type moves at all, so it will struggle in a similar way to Chikorita starting out. But maybe, just maybe, it might be more effective later? Well, you might have a hard time to begin with, cause it ain't learning Tackle until level 10...
