It's a basic birb, but really, that's all you need. It's a Normal/Flying type and it learns the moves you expect. It doesn't start off too strong, but given time, it can be pretty effective, but not as effective as other things, so it depends if you want it. It does take a little while to get going, doesn't have many strong moves and it learns a fair amount of support moves, which it can't really take advantage of, but that's more with the TM selection more than anything.
Overall, while not too impressive, it ain't half bad either and can be pretty dependable, while also having a fair advantage against the stuff in the future, but there will be better choices, so pick your poison.
