Yikes. I mean, uh, this Pokemon ain't... toooooo bad? Like it's a Special wall, it seems, as well as being vaguely fast and it even has somewhat of an alright Special Attack. And by alright I mean just slightly above terrible. It even has a weird moveset as well, being very much in a supportive role, with only Normal attacking moves to its name, which you should never even go near with its terrible Attack. Its typing is completely useless since it only hinders it as well as receiving no STAB in the slightest, so the best you can really use is the elemental punches as well as Solarbeam. So yeah, got a lot of things against it, especially cause it can't use Fly.
It will also have a bit of trouble against stuff coming up, since it needs good TMs to be effective and its low Attack and Normal moves won't have much of an impact. But, unlike some Pokemon, it can be usable, just don't expect anything too amazing, cause boy howdy you are not getting that here. Cute as fuck though.
