Ooopaaaaa? This certified cutest fucking Pokemon ever is a bit of a weird one. First, its Water typing is pretty useless with that god awful Special Attack stat. And its typing also means it will very easily die to any Grass attack that comes its way. And it will, cause it's also slow as shit. But on the other side, it's very good physical attacker and defender, with alright Attack and Defense and pretty good HP. So focus on its Ground typing and you'll be set, while also learning a few Normal moves on the side, as well as some other gems, like Dynamicpunch, Iron Tail and Sludge Bomb. But they might be better on something else, since you can still use Water moves for its advantages, though you can clearly see what side is best to focus on.
