Our favorite doomed bug is back once again and it's definitely usable. Pretty slow and very weak to a lot of things, but hey, it's never bad to have an Attack that high. Just wish it had something to use it with. You'll be waiting a little while before you get the holy Slash level up move, but until then, you've got, uh, Leech Life? Well its STABs are pretty terrible and don't help it much. It really doesn't have the Special to use Grass moves, which is fine, cause it doesn't learn any for ages. The main selling point is the ability to learn Spore, which is a pretty snazzy move. Otherwise, you have your good Normal TMs, Sludge Bomb and, uh, Dig. Sure. Type coverage is great sometimes, but even if you'll always go last and die to practically everything, you can still use it. But by god it needs nurturing or TMs. Preferably both.
