Dropping up from on high, Pineco is definitely a weird Pokemon. It's definitely make to take physical hits and also dish them out, but cannot handle Special moves at all, nor will it ever really go first. The only way to get STAB on this Pokemon is to breed... Pin Missile. Woo. Otherwise, you have Normal moves, Normal moves and even more Normal moves, which is alright, but not exactly amazing. A big boon is that it gets to explode pretty early, which is one way to get past your opponents, but aside from this, you can learn Rock Smash and Rollout for type coverage. That's pretty bad. While it can learn some Grass moves, there's no point, due to its terrible Special, so you'll be relying on Normal moves for a long time. And one big problem is that you need Headbutt to even get it, so you'll have to wait a little bit to give it a good Normal move again. Oh well, it still does some good damage given the chance, it's just a big limited in scope.
