This dream eating hypnotist is a weird Psychic type, with bad offensive stats, but good HP and Special Defense. So this makes it kind of a bad Psychic type, which is weird for its type, but that's just how it goes. You'll have some nice STAB soon enough, but due to slightly higher Attack, it can be worth to just use the various Normal moves available to you. And to compliment your special moves, there's quite a number of TMs you can learn. It's just a shame it's so low, but hey, at least you can take some hits. Well, aside from the physical ones. If you were so inclined, you can also use Meditate to become a better physical attacker, but really, it's just a weird stat distribution that makes for an interesting, if ineffective Psychic type.
