You ever heard of a glass cannon? That this be. With a stupidly high Special Attack and very good Speed, this thing will go first and hit you very hard with... uh, Teleport? Okay, you gotta wait for it to evolve before it learns an actual move, but it is very much worth it, since it's still a very dangerous Pokemon like it was last generation. It can at least learn TMs, but nothing we have right now is really all that useful, with its low Attack. It also cannot take a hit in the slightest, though it should be vaguely alright to take special moves, but don't really count on it. Right now, it'll be a bit of a slog to get it good, but once it be good, oh god it be good.
