Ehhhhhhhhhhh, this Pokemon isn't particularly impressive. It has some fairly notable defensive stats, but those aren't great offensive stats. You can at least use Attack with your Normal STAB so you slightly outpace your Special Attack, but due to being a versatile TM user, it's best to go with super effective coverage. At least this time around it actually learns Lick! Which does nothing for it, but oh well, it's something to mention. You get some nice early moves, especially with the Goldenrod TMs, but since it's stuck in this form, it's not improving its stats anytime soon, so it's gonna fall behind and just be a cool as fuck chameleon. Which isn't so bad.
