Moving around the speed of sound. And, uh, that's about it. With mediocre stats otherwise, Voltorb ain't too impressive. The big problem is that it doesn't learn any STAB moves through level up and Electric moves are a hassle to come by otherwise, so that's unfortunate, cause you'll be relying on your Attack stat for the entire time, which is pretty bad cause it's pretty bad. I mean, I guess you can explode and stuff? Well, that's not much of positive, unless you like doing that. In which case, go right ahead. Otherwise, it's just not the right time to use this Pokemon.
