Isn't it great when some Pokemon don't get any real good STAB until the postgame? Well Exeggutor has that twice! Until you can obtain Psychic and Giga Drain, you're left with Confusion for a really long time and Solarbeam for a little while. Thankfully, with its higher Attack stat, it's not completely useless, so evolve it before level 19 to get Stomp and eventually Egg Bomb. But that does mean missing out on its fantastic Special Attack until the game is practically over. Aside from that, you have Sludge Bomb and the standard Normal moves to work with. So you'll just have to work with what you've got until much later on. Still, while you're slow and specially weak, you still have pretty good stats to last you. Have fun!
