I think we've got one of the best babies here, mainly due to typing and better stats than most babies. Not only that, it also has the stats in the right places, allowing it to be a really strong mixed attacker, if really damn frail. The main power of its arsenal are Thunderbolt and Ice Punch, as well as other great moves like Psychic, Return and Fire Punch. It can even use Rain Dance and Thunder, but you run into the problem of being knocked out if you can't take out your opponent. If you wanted to use Egg moves, then Meditate and Cross Chop open up to you, but the chances of really being in a position is minimal, so that's just a just in case thing. Use TMs when you get them, as learning Thunderpunch really early makes levelling a breeze, unless you fight Ground types of course, so stay away from those, maybe.
