Today, we're breaking into a bandit base. Should be fine.

Hi, Lugh. He's from FE6, he was a mage.

|

Map's something like that. I split it up since it looked weird when they were right next to each other, but it's just a long corridor version of the original map. Let's roll.

Here's Lugh. Grabbed this a little late, but he's got decent enough stats. He's got Pursuit, in this game it drops the threshold for doubling from 4/5 to 1. Not sure what the normal doubling threshold is in this game, actually.

Brigands have no magic so he can do a fair bit of damage.

Othins pull HP, STR, SPD and MAG. Good level, Othin's strength is usually a little low so this helps.

Rebecca weakens the next bandit and I was going to feed the kill to Wolt but he doesn't have the move to get there.

So Eirika kills him and grabs the chest key he dropped.

Vanessa grabs the key and moves over to the chest. Otherwise, we continue on.

Hi, Raigh. You're as smug as ever.

He hits pretty hard. Hard enough for a 2HKO.

Back on our turn, Vanessa grabs Sothe's weird knife. It's another Prf, we'll keep it around.

I let Wolt kill an archer and he gets 91 XP. I wish he did this in FE6.

For some reason, I used Lugh to weaken a bandit who could counter. Whoops, Lugh gets 2HKO'd as well.

XP gain might be doubled in Midori but these still happen, huh?

We can't reach the new guy next turn, so Lance just moves up and prepares to kill him next turn.

Oh yeah, I don't think the chests over here have changed. So it'd just be IronSword/Javelin/HandAxe.

Lugh killed the mage, we all moved up and Raigh kills the merc.

Oh yeah, Raigh has Vantage. Probably should show him off when I get him.

I give Lance's vulnerary to Sothe, equip his Iron Lance and then move him in to fight the thief. I like my vulneraries, wouldn't want to lose them.

The archer hops over and attacks Raigh. Luckily, Raigh shouldn't miss on his attack.

We shuffle over and Lance attacks the thief. I didn't realise at the time, but I could've stolen his lockpick. Too late now...

Vanessa finishes off the thief with a crit. Need to feed her some kills, she's pretty weak right now.

For all the units you get on this chapter, there's just not enough to do. Map's small and the enemy count is low.

Eirika opens the door with a key we got from someone and Lugh recruits Raigh.

Yes, that text is edited, they do have a JP version of FEditor which can do text insertation. Pity I can't read it.

Well, he's currently half dead, but Raigh's not bad. I used him last time I played Midori, he hits hard but he's too slow to double. Vantage is nice, but it really doesn't do that much.

I could've just killed this merc with the iron lance, but I was in a rush and now Vanessa doesn't get the kill.

She does get a level though! SKL, SPD and DEF. Vanessa is pretty bulky for a peg.

Lance kills the merc. I don't mind Lance getting a ton of XP, I love Paladins.

Here's the boss, Bazba. He hits harder and has more HP, but so do we. He's got a Steel Axe and Hand Axe.

Sothe basically trivialises him.

And Lance barely gets the kill. SKL, DEF, RES. You've got a lot of RES, more than our peg actually...

Anyway, we seize and end this.

We jump to Vigarde's ensemble for a quick cutscene but none of the bosses have changed.
