You though the other sack of health was big?m Well, Blissey's not toooooooooo much more impressive, but it still has more of before, which means it takes more to take down. Another big difference is a usable Special Attack stat meaning that while it still won't pack much of a punch, it'll take you down a lot easier if you can't take it down. Otherwise, what still applies for Chansey applies here, it learns all the special moves it needs, it does its job incredibly well and falls if you lightly tap it with a physical attack. And that's about it.
