This Pokemon doesn't stand a ghost of a chance of being usable! Hahahaha... but seriously. The fact that we're finding it in basically the last dungeon of the game means this thing is basically useless. Not only that, but it's the only Ghost type of Gen 2 and of course it's special oriented for a physical STAB. I mean, it has got some special moves to use, but it only learns two: Psychic and Thunder though TMs (no, Thief will never count), so even that's a wash. Meaning you have to put Shadow Ball on there for something at least. But aside from that, it's nothing special, it's physically fragile, speedy, but not particularly and doesn't really hit hard no matter what. Gengar is just the better Ghost type and it being the fourth ever Ghost type really makes it seem like Psychic still hasn't gotten a proper check. Oh well, maybe next gen...
