You can start to see why these Pokemon went extinct, it's cause they're shit. No useful moves to make use of its high Attack until it learns Ancientpower and it gets an alright special movepool, but very mediocre Special Attack to make use of. Like, why did they even bother? The only way to learn any Water move at all is through breeding and then you'll have to use Rain Dance to make it vaguely hurt anything. At least it can learn Return and take some physical hits. That's everything.
