Rocketing through, Pupitar ain't too bad, it could be its own final evolution with its typing and alright stats. Though aside from its Speed, which is awful, nothing is really too impressive, but it's fine enough. It gets STAB, being one of the few Rock types to actually get Rock Slide, but Return is the only other physical move you can make use of. That's it. Still, since it has alright Special Attack, it can use Crunch (or Outrage through breeding), though that might be better left to its evolution. Still, despite always going last, it can do some real damage if you need it to.
