The versatile cat is back. Anything you can think of, it can do. Full on special attacker with good Psychic STAB? Sure. Physical attacker with Curse, or Swords Dance? Absolutely. Toxic and Rest staller with Amnesia? I think so. It can learn every TM between Gen 1 and 2, which gives it tons of options, so go ahead and pick whatever your team needs for moment, it's the glue that can hold a team together. But of course, since it excels at most things, doesn't mean it can't be replaced with something more specialized. It can absolutely pull off combinations no other Pokemon could dream of. But it's also not that impressive if you come across a situation that your Mew isn't prepared for. Regardless, its sheer versatility cannot be matched and under the right circumstances it'll do well in anything you can dream of. Within the TM limit of course.
