The dandelion cat is all grown up and, yikes, it's still pretty bad. Its attacking stats are no longer awful and are simply bad. Its higher Special Defense doesn't work out with a 4x weakness to Ice and general weaknesses to Fire and Rock and Flying. It's not pretty. But since it'll go first pretty often, it's great to annoy opponents since it can't do much else. It can throw around status like nobody's business, as well as Leech Seed and Synthesis. But it only gets Reflect through breeding, so it's not the best at support. Still, if you need a speedy ice weak dandelion, this cat's your answer.
