Disclaimer: Everything I say here is my opinion of servant quality and usability. Other people are free to give their perspective and opinions on why they think some servants might be alright over others. This is mostly to give an idea of what servants will be in the game and what their pros and cons might be.

Note: If I a put a number like "10%/15%" that means the first number is the skill at base level and the second is at max level. Changed skills will be numbered in correlation to the skills they replace. ATK and HP listed is what the servant achieves at their max level.

Also remember servant scores are kept within scope of servant rarity. There's no reason to think me giving a 2* servant a 9 and a 5* a 7 suddenly makes the 5* worse. It's just kept within scope of how easy a servant is to obtain and what their benefits are for that with regards to their stats, skills, and various intricacies.

Medusa
Rider
3*
Debuts in Fate/Stay Night
Originates from Greek mythology

Cards: Quick/Quick/Arts/Arts/Buster

ATK: 7200
HP: 8937

Skills
1. Mystic Eyes A+: Chance to stun enemy for 1 turn (Cooldown: 7/5 Turns)
2. Monstrous Strength B: Increase attack by 10/30% for 2 turns. (Cooldown: 7/ Turns) (Unlocks after 1st Ascension)
3. Temple of Fresh Blood B: Increase NP gauge by 20% and np generation for 3 turns. (Cooldown: 8/6 Turns) (Unlocks after strengthening quest)

Noble Phantasm
Bellerophon (Quick): Powerful attack to all enemies. (Overcharge: Increase crit star rate for 3 turns.)

PROS
+Skills are overall solid
+Good crit star gen
+NP gain is okay
+AOE NP very good for wavevlear on doors and some hands
+Okay jack of all trades

CONS
-Doesn't particularly excel at anything
-Unremarkable stats
-Skills are selfish
-Damage is not amazing

Overall Opinion: Medusa's alright, but she's a grab bag of stuff. Her skills all are fine in a general sense, but don't do much to further a gameplan and at most make her decent for clearing doors. There ain't much to really say about her unfortunately, she's mostly pretty okay if unremarkable.
Score: 6/10

Boudica
Rider
3*/Reward for clearing Septem
Debuts in Fate/Grand Order
Originates from the Roman Empire

Cards: Quick/Quick/Arts/Arts/Buster

ATK: 6289
HP: 10,130

Skills
1. Oath to the Goddess B: Increase damage against Roman-type enemies by 40/60% for 3 turns. (Cooldown: 7/5 Turns)
2. Battle Continuation A: Grants a guts that heals for 1000/2500 HP upon use for 5 turns. (Cooldown: 9/7 Turns) (Unlocks after 1st ascension)
3. Protection of Andrasta A: Increases performance of party's art cards. (Cooldown: 7/5 Turns) (Unlocks after strengthening quest)

Noble Phantasm
Chariot of Boudica (Arts): Increase defense of all allies by 10/20% for 3 turns. (Overcharge: Increase defense by 20/40% for 1 turn.) (Can be buffed by strengthening quest)

PROS
+NP gain is alright
+Health is pretty good
+Battle Continuation gives decent sustain

CONS
-First skill is WAY too specific and makes it basically worthless outside of Septem
-Awful damage
-Her NP being a buff wouldn't be bad if the buff was significant and didn't require a buff for itself to get something other than defense and the initial defense buff wasn't so minuscule along with with the second buff lasting 1 turn
-Third skill arts buff is pretty small too

Overall Opinion: Boudica's a crappy support rider with skills that run contradictory to what she's supposed to do. Why does she have a skill which lets her do more damage to Romans when her damage is already pretty bad and no Romans are caster class, the class she's most effective against? For that matter why is this ability self-cast and not party? BETTER YET WHY ISN'T JUST CHARISMA!? Battle continuation is also fine, but something that only keeps herself alive. Her final skill wouldn't even be bad if it weren't for how tiny the buff art cards get from it. It's so small you are better off using Mozart's arts buff skill if you need someone who can do Boudica's shit better than her for less cost and better team synergy. Her NP's not bad, I mean it's similar to Mash's, but Mash's defense buff is inherently pretty significant while Boudica's is not and only gets about as good for a turn. Her job is done better by a ton of other characters.

Ushiwakamaru
Rider
3*
Debuts in Fate/Grand Order
Originates from 12th Century Japan

Cards: Quick/Quick/Art/Art/Buster

ATK: 7076
HP: 9028

Skills
1. Tengu Art of War A: Increase Party NP gain by 10/20% for 3 turns (Cooldown: 7/5 Turns)
2. Charisma C+: Increase Party Attack by 8.5/17% for 3 turns (Cooldown: 7/5 Turns)
3. Quick-Witted Swallow B: Grants Evasion and increases crit star rate by 50/100% for 1 turn. (Cooldown: 8/6 Turns)

Noble Phantasm
Dan-no-Ura Hassou Tobi (Quick): Powerful attack to a single enemy (Overcharge: Increase crit star rate by 50%/90%).

PROS
+Party buffing skills
+Good crit gen rate
+Decent NP gain
+One of few single-target NP Riders in the game
+Evasion

CONS
-Damage is pretty eh outside of NP and crit stars
-Buffs from 1st and 2nd skills is a bit on the low side

Overall Opinion: Ushi is probably the best silver rider. Her NP's really strong, she works well on crit teams to both build NP and stars better, and she can protect herself from scary attack with evasion. She's a pretty good Rider to have on hand along with George if you're gonna have some of the lower end riders on your team.
Score: 8/10

Alexander
Rider
3*
Debuts in Fate/Zero
Originates from 4th Century BC Greece

Cards: Quick/Quick/Arts/Arts/Buster

ATK: 7356
HP: 8640

Skills
1. Charisma C: Increase party's attack by 8/16% for 3 turns. (Cooldown: 7/5 Turns)
2. Charming Youth B: Chance to charm Humanoid-type enemies. (Cooldown: 9/7 Turns) (Unlocks after 1st Ascension)
3. Signs of a Supreme Ruler A: Increase party quick card performance for 3 turns. (Cooldown: 7/5 Turns) (Unlocks after strengthening quest)

Noble Phantasm
Bucephalus (Quick): Powerful attack to all enemies. (Overcharge: Gain 5/25 Crit Stars)

PROS
+Third skill is very good on quick teams
+NP is great for clearing doors and caster hands
+Decent NP gain and crit stars

CONS
-HP is a bit on the low side especially when compared to other silver riders
-Second skill is honestly pretty bad due to how unreliable the hit rate is on it and how long the cooldown is
-Charisma buff is not particularly significant
-Damage is not good outside of crit stars

Overall Opinion: Alex is very much with Medusa on the middling side of Riders. He's got a little bit more specialization than her with his quick skill, but his charm is really bad as charm normally is and his charisma ain't setting the world on fire. He's gonna be used for a lot of the same reasons Medusa would be.

Medea
Caster
3*
Debuts in Fate/Stay Night
Originates from Greek mythology

Cards: Quick/Arts/Arts/Arts/Buster

ATK: 7418
HP: 8643

Skills
1. High-Speed Divine Words A: Increases NP gauge by 80/150% (Cooldown: 9/7 Turns)
2. Golden Fleece: Self heal for 500/2500 HP. (Cooldown: 6/4 Turns) (Unlocks after 1st Ascension)
3. Circe's Teaching A: Remove debuffs from ally and increase NP gain for 1 turn. (Cooldown: 8/6 Turns)(Unlocks after strengthening quest)

Noble Phantasm
Rule Breaker (Arts): Powerful attack to 1 enemy and dispel all buffs on target. (Overcharge: Increase NP gauge by 20/100%/) (Can be buffed after strengthening quest)

PROS
+Insanely good NP gain, like better than Andersen
+Self heal has a pretty low cooldown on it making it somewhat consistent sustain
+Decent attack for what is a support caster
+Single-Target NP from a Caster-Class Servant is genuinely pretty rare and clearing debuffs is also very strong as a side effect
+Overcharge is very easy for her to obtain

CONS
-HP is a bit on the low side
-Goes in so hard on her gimmick that NP is her most reliable source of damage
-Third skill is only really good for the cleanse, the np gain is kinda mediocre and only lasts the 1 turn
-Doesn't do much for a party with her skills excluding the cleanse

Overall Opinion: Medea's a pretty solid caster. While she doesn't have the team capabilities that someone like Andersen or Mozart do, she still has her own niche as being a caster with a surprising amount of damage. Her NP gain is so ridiculously good that it's honestly more reliable than it seems especially when dumped onto an arts team. She's still not as splashable as Andersen, but she does her own thing pretty damn well.
Score: 8/10

Gilles de Rais
Caster
3*/Unlocks for summoning after clearing Orleans
Debuts in Fate/Zero
Originates from 15th Century France

Cards: Quick/Arts/Arts/Arts/Buster

ATK: 6514
HP: 9506

Skills
1. Mental Interference A: Increases mental debuff rate and resistance for 3 turns (Cooldown: 7 Turns)
2. Eye for Art E-: Reduce NP damage of Servant-type enemy for 1 turn by 5.5/11% (Cooldown: 7 Turns) (Unlocks after 1st Ascension)
3. Evil Eye of the Abyss C: Chance to inflict Fear on all enemies for 5 turns (Cooldown: 10 turns) (Unlocks after strengthening quest)

Note: Fear is a chance every turn to hit the enemy with a stun. Once the stun hits then the debuff clears itself even if it hasn't been 5 turns.

Noble Phantasm
Prelati's Spellbook (Buster): Powerful attack to all enemies (Reduce attack by 20/40% for 3 turns)

PROS
+Good NP Gain
+HP is decent
+Satoshi Tsuruoka gets to be a good voice actor on this version

CONS
-Debuff based servant with really shitty skills that synergize but not in ways that matter
-First skill is a pretty minor buff still at max level and mental debuff resistance always kinda sucks
-Second skill reduces NP damage by such a small amount, this skill is never fucking good
-Third skill is actually not a bad skill on paper. However, the chance of hitting with fear at best is 40% and with the first buff becomes 65% and one the stun from fear kicks in then the debuff clears itself meaning you have a one turn stun that MIGHT hit for 5 turns and if it does then it clears itself immediately meaning you just have a 1 turn stun with an unreliable hitrate. It's like they found a way to make charm worse. It also has one of the longest cooldown timers of a skill in the game.
-Damage sucks
-NP is buster based, WHY
-Stargen sucks

Overall Opinion: Caster Gilles is barely better than Saber Gilles, but only because the former actually has a fucking gimmick. The problem is his gimmick is so niche and unreliable that it begs asking why they thought this was a good idea for a servant. Also why is his NP not filled to the brim with debuffs? It doesn't make any fucking sense why you'd make a character like this where his damage is so pathetic and then you give him a damage based NP that he can't actually buff or make stronger in any meaningful way.

Mephistopheles
Caster
3*
Debuts in Fate/Grand Order
Originates from Faust

Cards: Quick/Arts/Arts/Arts/Buster

ATK: 6839
HP: 9216

Skills
1. Witchcraft A: Chance to reduce NP gauge (Cooldown: 7/5 Turns)
2. Innocent Monster B: Receive 3/9 cri stars each turn for 3 turns) (Demerit: 18% defense debuff for 3 turns) (Cooldown: 7/5 Turns) (Unlocks after 1st Ascension)
3. Jester's Burst of Laughter A+: Makes enemy immune to buffs for up to 3 times and inflicts curse for 5 turns. (Cooldown: 8/6 Turns) (Unlocks after strengthening quest)

Note: Curse is a status effect that like poison does damage turn after turn. The main difference is curse can actually kill enemies while poison cannot.

Noble Phantasm
Ticktock Bomb (Buster): Powerful attack to all enemies that ignores defense (Overcharge: Chance to inflict a curse that can do 500/2500 HP of damage for 3 turns)

PROS
+Curse damage can add up over time
+NP gain is okay
+NP ignores defense

CONS
-Another fucking caster servant with dedication to one card type and an NP that has a completely different type
-Another rundown on shitty skills
-First skill having a chance to reduce NP charge already sucks you need to get it to max level to make it even a little bit reliable
-Andersen has this exact same skill, the difference is he's actually splashable into multiple teams to where it can make a difference while this skill is garbage for Mephistopheles because he is barely useable in arts teams let alone teams that can take advantage of crit stars
-Buff Immunity is not an inherently bad idea, but so few enemy servants are constantly buffing themselves and curse while a better poison is still not very reliable on its own
-Damage is shit
-NP will do ass damage due to Mephistopheles' awful damage and the curse he gets from it is probability based meaning you need him to 500% overcharge to get a reliable chance of hitting with it
-Is one of the worst voices Takehito Koyasu has done

Overall Opinion: He's worse than Caster Gilles and the bronze casters. Like he is in a big race with Saber Gilles for one of the worst silvers and even worst servants in the game. The dude's skillset is so schizophrenic, but at the same time everything he does he does poorly. The fact his NP is buster based and does not synergize with his cardset at all is so damn bad when he already does poor damage. His use is so incredibly niche because he does too many things and none of them particularly well.

Cu Chulainn
Caster
3*/Reward for clearing Fuyuki/Fuyuki must be cleared before he can be summoned
Debuts in Fate/Stay Night
Originates from Celtic mythology

Cards: Quick/Arts/Arts/Arts/Buster

ATK: 6580
HP: 9604

Skills
1. Rune Magic A: Increase critical damage by 20/50% and debuff resistance for 3 turns. (Cooldown: 7/5 Turns)
2. Protection from Arrows A: 3-hits of Evasion and increases defense by 9/18% for 3 turns. (Cooldown: 7/5 Turns) (Unlocks after 1st Ascension)
3. Disengage C: Removes debuffs from self and recovers 500/1500 HP. (Cooldown: 7/5 Turns) (Unlocks after 3rd Ascension)

Changed Skills
1. Primordial Rune: Increase critical damage by 20/50% and debuff resistance for 3 turns and increases NP gauge by 20/30%. (Cooldown: 7/5 Turns)

Noble Phantasm
Wicker Man (Buster): Powerful attack to all enemies (Overcharge: Reduces enemy party's defense by 10/30% for 3 turns and inflicts burn for 300/1500 HP of damage for 10 turns)

PROS
+Good NP gain
+Protection from Arrows is still a very good ability
+So is Disengage
+NP can inflict a 10 turn poison effectively

CONS
-STOP WITH THE BUSTER NPS ON ARTS BASED CASTERS AAAAAAA
-Needs overcharge for NP to be useful
-Damage is ass
-First skill sucks especially since it only self casts on a servant with bad crit star gen, np generation saves it a little bit but it's still not good
-Sustain on a caster-servant is not particularly good unless you really want that 10 turn overcharged burn

Overall Opinion: Caster Cu is bad, but he at least has SOMETHING going for him even if it is only good sustain. He has a lot of the same problems the other two have, but he's not nearly as indecisive as Mephistopheles nor is his gimmick as unreliable. He himself just has mediocre stats, an honestly bad NP, and no real way to effectively help out a team since all of his skills are self cast.
