Oink oink, bitches. If you want a Psychic type that's perfectly fine, not too crazy, then hey, Grumpig will do you just fine. It's not too far from learning Psychic (thank god), it can learn Shock Wave and... that's it. Its Attack is so low to not even bother thinking about, so give it some support moves or HMs or what have you and go from there. Seriously, an alright special attacker has two attacks it can use, which is absolutely pathetic. It learns plenty of physical moves, but having to hope on a good Hidden Power is not what you want. Hey, at least it's a pretty fat piggy, so it won't be going down any time soon, especially if it gets Thick Fat.
