Today, we're going to do some challenges.

Music: Sacred Moon

The only change from last time is just adding the Level Up from before, but I can show more of the abilities list this way.

Finishing quickly will be one of the more common challenge.

Story scenes will still play during challenges. The game is nice enough to pause the clock during these.

We pretty much just have to defeat these enemies quickly to complete the mission.

Going back, there's the Heartless we originally used to fully complete the mission. Challenges don't really care about that (unless that's the challenge), so we just run past them. The Moonstone is from the Hearless before, since items won't disappear over time.

Our reward is pretty much just the sigils and whatever drops from the Heartless. We need to finish this mission within 1:45, so it's actually kinda tight. Mostly it's the Possessors' fault.

The level increase is pretty much negligible right now.

Pretty much just the same as before, skipping anything that's not a Watcher.

The challenge sigils are blinking, so I got this at the wrong time. Just assume that all result screens show 3 sigils. This one needs to be done within 1:40.

Each Shadow gives 5 Munny, so we have to hunt them down. You know, I think the computers in the Cavern of Remembrance are used for these Holo-Missions.

Each flower gives 6 Munny. By the time we killed all of these, we already got 2 sigils. Unfortunately, I don't think we can get the third sigil without fighting our old friend.

Hello Zip Slasher my old friend. He has even more HP than before.

Fortunately, the HP lost here is what its full combo does. That makes it MUCH less threatening than when we first meet it.

201 Munny needed for this one. Some of the Shadows will disappear after defeating the Dire Plants, so as long as you kill them first you should be able to finish this challenge easily*. Treasure Magnet helps.
*Zip Slasher might take patience*

This is pretty much the only challenge we'll tackle today that doesn't take place in Twilight Town.

Just picture me rolling around, occasionally blocking and healing. I didn't actually roll since I didn't equip Dodge Roll.

You can attack 3 times, but I don't know why you would.

This kind of challenge require chaining. For it to count as a chain, you need to kill the Heartless with your attack or magic. Which means no status effect (dying from jolt/burn), no partner killing them, and no suicide form the Heartless.

I mentioned Heartless suicide because Minute Bombs are the example of it. Blizzard will immediately make it start its countdown, while Fire will just blow it up (not counted in chain). Aero is the way to go. Don't know about Thunder, though.

Otherwise, it's just getting to places quickly and making sure none of the Minute Bombs suicided.

Axel's damage output is so low he's not a threat to your chain. 450 Heart Points needed.

This is the first mission that has two challenges. This one isn't too hard, but let me just...

Perfect!

It's easy as long as you jump only when it's ABSOLUTELY required. Which is this part.

This part is tricky, as you need to drop toward the cyan gate. If you fell, you can't go back up without jumping, so you have to restart the whole mission. Yes, you can only jump once to get 3 sigils.

Otherwise, this mission is easy. You can even just lock on to an airborne enemy and attack without jumping. Roxas will do an aerial combo, but it will not count toward the total jumps.

Fire makes it much easier, though. I suppose Blizzard and Aero could work too, but Fire's homing is simply better. Aero's homing isn't good for closing in on vertical distances (but very good on horizontal distances).

I think that explains everything.

The level increase is beginning to catch up.

It's pretty much just the same boss fight as before, just with the hit restriction. Just be careful and you should be fine.

This mission also has a second challenge.

We have 25 Challenge Sigils now, so we can get these items. Haste is mainly the reason I did the challenges, since it lets Roxas move faster. Now let's see how good Casual Gear is...

Wait, what's the weapon's name again?
